Hey everyone, thanks for checking out my new website! Finally got around to creating one, and it’s about time I guess. I have two gigs coming up THIS WEEKEND.
The first one is Friday, June 20 at the Red Poppy Art House in San Francisco at 7:30pm. I’ll be leading my quintet (Lucas Del Calvo – Guitar, Nick Lamb – Piano/Keys, Andy McCauley – Bass, Colin McDaniel – Drums) and we will be splitting the bill with The Arsonists, an awesome high energy jazz quintet out of Seattle/NY that features my good friends and XD 7 bandmates Xavier Del Castillo and Patrick Bartley. The next night, Saturday, June 21, I will be bringing the same quintet (but with Arlyn Anderson on guitar instead) to the 2014 Davis Music Fest! We will be headlining the VINI Wine Bar stage and playing one set at 10:45pm. Tickets for the festival and/or just the venue can be found here.
